Bluegrass and country singer from Quebec, Canada, was born June 9, 1932 and passed away June 28, 1992 from cardiac arrest. Founded the record company Les Productions Lévis Bouliane Inc. in 1978 through which he launched the label Échos also known as Echo (15).
