Cool Montreal Garage Beat Group Debut! Early Montreal effort produced by David Leonard / Monticana Records (the same cat that went on to create the Trebas Institute music & media school). Drummer Corky Laing later hooked-up with Leslie West and formed Mountain in 1968. Apparently Bartholomew + 3 & The Vagarnts originally got together in New York City when this single was being made.
