Black Mass

This album may be the most evil Canadian recording. The Black Mass is a ceremonial ritual, glorifying the god of darkness, evil, and hate. It is a parody of the Roman Catholic Mass, a sacrilege against the powers of good. The Black Mass is the highest and most holy ritual of satan, the prince of darkness. The Black Mass and similar ceremonies has been in existence since man first conceived the idea of good and evil. The Black Mass is usually performed at 12:00 midnight, at a vacant or abandoned church. The cross is hung inverted on the wall. Six black candles burn on the altar. The Mass is performed over the naked body of a virgin. Any further details are too sick to be described. An obscure custom pressing not sold in stores, and apparently only available to dark souls-in-the-know. Side one is the teaser/set up/warning with spooky soundtrack, side two is the actual ceremony, which may or may not rip open a vortex to Satan's underworld! A truly odd production of only a couple of hundred copies made and pressed at Arc Records in Toronto.
